- Lost or stolen passes cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- Reserved seats should be booked in advance at ticket machines or service centers.

- The E-Ticket is valid for three months from the date of issuance.
- Cancellations made before the pass is exchanged are subject to a 10% refund fee.

- Refunds are not provided for train delays or service suspensions once use has started.
- Present your E-Ticket and passport at a designated JR EAST Travel Service Center to receive your physical pass.
- The starting date must be specified at the time of exchange and cannot be changed later.
