We cannot make any guarantees at this time as it may change depending on the number of participants and the schedule on the day of participation. Once you have made your reservation, the local operating company will contact you when your reservation is confirmed. We will provide detailed info for you, or advise you on the closest place for you to come for pick-up in case we cannot access to your hotel.
It is possible to make a reservation, but since the minimum number of participants is two, if there are no other participants on the scheduled date, we will either inform you of another date or cancel your reservation. (*Basically, answers will be answered at least 2 days before the participation date).
Please wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in. If you wish to experience kayaking during the tour, please bring your swimsuit, towel and a sandal. *We will guide you to a changing area. *Your pants may get wet during the kayaking experience.
One sampan boat can accommodate up to 20 people, and your pants won't get wet. For those who are not good at physical activity or who want to take a leisurely trip, we recommend taking a sampan boat rowed by a local. Kayaking is a bit difficult if you are not physically strong, as you have to row it yourself. One kayak is for two people, and your pants can easily get wet, so it is recommended that you bring extra clothes for changing. If you are using the kayak, you can leave your baggage and belongings such as your cell phone or camera on the ship, the cruise staff will take care of it for you. However, you should carry your wallet by yourself. When experiencing kayaking, you can take off your shoes and participate barefoot. Also, we do not recommend letting infants and young children join the kayaking activities for your own safety.

Depending on the weather conditions, Ha Long Bay Management Board policy and other force majeure, the itinerary can be changed without prior notice. Under safe-to-operate conditions, guests can still join all activities listed in the itinerary despite changes in order.
In case of having any force majeure and operational issue that causing the tour unable to run, your order can be rescheduled (upon availability) or cancel with a full refund.
Swimming or kayaking activity may not be possible due to bad weather. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
Plastic bag and bottle is prohibited in Ha Long Bay, please do not bring along these items.
If you choose the package without transportation service, you will join the tour from the Meeting Point in Ha Long.
If you cannot find your guide more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, please contact the hotline for immediate assistance (Hotline will be shown on the voucher).
