Highlights

Let's take a walk to discover the history, legends and myths of the city. Tuesday= in Spanish; on Wednesday= in English; on Friday=in Spanish.
Starting from the Parque El Majuelo, we discover the mythology of the place, of Granada and of Andalusia.
We continue entering the characteristic maze of the streets of the historic center, to reach the Castle of San Miguel. From here you can enjoy the best view of the coast of the city.
We listen to other myths and a legend of the place and then we leave again for the museum vault.
We enter the Cueva de Siete Palacios (the museum), an ancient building from the Roman era, where the remains of a statue of the goddess Minerva are kept. We listen to some mythical tales and continue our walk towards Parque el Majuelo, to conclude our experience.

  • Parque Botanico El Majuelo

    The tour begins and ends inside the El Majuelo botanical park. We will see the ruins of the Roman Factoría de salazones, numerous specimens of trees from all over the world and the ancient city walls.

  • Castillo de San Miguel

    20 minsAdmission Ticket Included
    We enter the magical castle of San Michele to enjoy the panorama from the terrace overlooking the coast of Almuñécar. There is no access to the internal rooms. Note: The visit to the castle is not included and is not foreseen.

  • Cueva de Siete Palacios - Archaeological Museum

    15 minsAdmission Ticket Included
    We make a short stop in the Cueva de Siete Palacios museum to admire the remains of a statue of the goddess Minerva.

  • Parque Botanico El Majuelo

    The tour ends where it began.
