Disabled visitors can access the basement and collect the ticket through the side entrance, on the right hand side of the external staircase on the facade.
To start the visit, you must exit the building and go to the back entrance, at Piazzale Scipione Borghese 5.
Once you enter the Gallery, you can access the second floor via the lift which has reduced capacity and does not allow the entry of large wheelchairs.
However, wheelchairs are available to borrow on all three floors.
