Wheelchair access: Access to the boat is via the beach and then a step up onto the vessel to board. Wheelchairs can be placed on board but not wheeled on and we aren’t allowed to lift passengers due to OHS. We do have beach wheelchairs available but, again, are unable to assist in pushing the visitor on sand. Buoyancy Vests are available to use.
Good To Know
All children observing must be accompanied by an observing adult.
Periodically the cruise will depart from an alternative beach due to variable weather conditions – transfers cannot be provided.
All boat trips are subject to suitable weather conditions.
All swimmers must be confident in the water and be able to swim.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Age Requirements
This experience is only for ages 8 and above, and swimming must be accompanied by a swimming adult.

Directional Tips
The Dolphin Discovery Centre is located only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the City Centre on Koombana Drive.
There are plenty of parking and disabled access available.

It was very good
Quite dissappointing that we didnt get to "swim" with the dolphins as they didn't come near, which I understand as they are wild dolphins. It might actually be better if we just stick to dolphin watching from the ferry. We were dragged from points to points (literally) to go after the dolphins (while we were in the sea). Not the most comfortable in my memory
