The introduction will continue with an in-depth analysis of the history relating to each wine and its region of production. The sommelier will have chosen the 5 VERY BEST seasonal Italian wines, taking into account preferences and specific demands from the travelers. A sparkling wine, 1 or 2 white wines, 1 or 2 red wines, and a dessert wine will be chosen in line with the guest's preference, and paired with local, national, or international dishes, bearing in mind that the emphasis is on the wine.
