delicious local food as you roam the city. Friendly guides will be by your

Itinerary
You'll be picked up from your hotel between 5:30-5:45 pm, riding in a Cyclo accompanied by both a driver and a food expert
The first stop on this culinary journey is Hen Island, where you'll sample its specialty: Com Hen, or rice with mussels
Next, head to a local eatery to relish Hue's renowned dishes like Hue pancake, Banh Beo, and Banh Nam, which are steamed rice flour delicacies topped with shrimp
Continuing on the Cyclo, pass vibrant street markets and sidewalk cafes. Upon crossing the Phu Xuan bridge, you'll dig into a bowl of beef noodles at a favorite local spot
Your Cyclo then takes you to taste either Bun Thit Nuong (Grilled pork with vermicelli noodles served with a sesame and peanut sauce) or Nem Lui (Lemongrass pork skewers)
Cross over Trang Tien Bridge to the night market, and munch on a Banh Mi Trang Tien (Vietnamese sandwich)
The tour wraps up with a stop for either Hue's traditional 'Sweet Soup' (Chè) or local beer (Bia Hơi)
Your tour concludes, and you'll be returned to your hotel between 8:30-9:00 pm
