Fantastic. Tickets came through instantly. The views at night from top of this insane building were amazing, especially as we booked the evening sunset slot. Security on the glass floor area was tight - no cameras or phones allowed, and this was strictly enforced. Walk or sit on the glass floor and watch traffic 1000 feet below you! Our tickets also included the immersive digital ‘zoo’ on the 4th floor. Overall a great evening.

Seamless & convenient as only the QR code (on Pelago issued voucher) needs to be scanned in at point of entry at building - which is way better than having to quene for the tickets separately. Noted also it was cheaper as compared to buying the tickets at retail price (1200 BHT) at the building itself, great promo with drink packaged in, which came handy as bags more than 25 cm had to be stored in lockers at entrance due to observatory restrictions.

Great views from the top and the glass floor is an experience. You can't take phones or cameras onto the glass area but the staff were lovely and took pictures for me as I was alone. Direct entry meant not having to queue for tickets. Price was the same as purchasing there. I did the 3d sky ride option which was fun bit not 100% necessary. If you want to add that on at the venue they were charging 150 baht or buy 2 get one free.
