Ji Pin Xuan Cantonese Restaurant (Jipin Xuan) is located in the Boheng 55 Building and brings together a team of chefs, each with more than 20 years of experience in Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant applies strict standards in ingredient selection and quality control, striving for excellence and dedicating its full culinary expertise to every dish.

Specializing in authentic Cantonese flavors prepared with premium ingredients, Ji Pin Xuan is best known for its signature individual set menus. While preserving traditional Cantonese techniques and flavors, the restaurant thoughtfully incorporates contemporary elements, adding modern aesthetics to plating and presentation. From cold starters and soups to seafood, meats, seasonal vegetables, staple dishes, and desserts, guests are able to enjoy a complete Cantonese dining experience within a single meal, contributing positively to the continued evolution of traditional Cantonese cuisine.

Ji Pin Xuan began trial operations in February 2017. It received one Michelin star in the 2019 Shanghai Michelin Guide and has continuously retained two Michelin stars from 2020 to 2025. In 2020, the restaurant was also honored with the Michelin Service Award.

The interior of Ji Pin Xuan (Jipin Xuan) features a warm wood toned design and includes eight themed private dining rooms, inspired by modern art masters such as Miró, Kandinsky, Mondrian, Magritte, Dalí, Picasso, Matisse, and Duchamp. The private rooms accommodate groups of 4, 6, 8, or 10 guests, offering a wide range of options. Internationally renowned designer furniture and accessories are carefully selected to create a distinctive and comfortable dining environment.

The main dining hall can accommodate approximately 40 guests, while a separate banquet venue is available for events of up to 200 guests.

Ji Pin Xuan operates under a membership based system, providing members with dedicated personal dining managers and exclusive sommelier services. Membership privileges include priority private room reservations, customized food and wine pairing services, wine storage, and table side wine service.
