Luggage Information:
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Wheelchairs and strollers can only be accommodated in larger vehicles; van

- Your selected duration is limited with 100km travel distance
- E.g. You have the flexibility to travel to any destination, provided that the overall distance does not exceed 100 kilometers
- The extra mileage will apply, a surcharge of 10THB per kilimeter
- The driver will show you with the initial kilometer reading upon pick-up, and will present you with the total kilometer covered at the end of the activity
- The driver can speak Thai and basic English only
- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee

Much confusion when driver was at the lobby but did not reach out to us. Mobile number provided to contact driver didn't work. After 20 mins of contacting customer service, did we manage to identify the driver and begun our trip. Booked a larger car for comfort but the Innova was old and creaky — not comfortable at all for being in all day. Driver was friendly but not very conversant in English. He wasn't on any of the messaging apps (WhatsApp, Line etc) so reaching out to him to collect us after each activity required us to place a regular phone call to him, which came at an extra charge.
I ordered the car Fortuner/Innova but the car came honda mobilio and the driver can't spoke english
