The host is not fluent in English, but a co-host will be available to assist with communication.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of the experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating. In some cases, we may need to decline your participation for safety reasons.
For safety reasons, we generally do not allow children under 10 years old to participate.
If you arrive late, you may join the experience, but we cannot provide instruction for the parts you have missed. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
