A well-known restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo. The owner's father and other relatives all run sushi restaurants. The philosophy of the owner, who has trained in many places, including abroad, is to "serve the seasons". Seasonal ingredients are carefully prepared using Edo-mae techniques, and the fish is nigiri'ed at the right time of maturity.
