・The digital ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other tickets or IC cards, and fare adjustment machines cannot be used.
・Please use ticket gates equipped with QR code readers when entering or exiting.
・For refunds before use, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase. Refunds are not available after pressing the “Start Using” button.
vThe railway operator (service provider) may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services available with the digital ticket without prior notice to customers due to disasters or other circumstances.
・Even after usage has begun, if the railway operator (service provider) deems it necessary, refunds or other actions related to the digital ticket may be carried out. In such cases, please contact the travel agency or the place of purchase.
・If your device is malfunctioning, out of battery, or otherwise unable to display purchase information, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, a regular passenger fare will be charged separately from the entry station to the exit station.
・This ticket is valid from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following day. Please press the “Start Using” button after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use. If activated between 0:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., the ticket cannot be used after 3:00 a.m.
・Usage is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage.
