To start using the ticket, display the ticket from the voucher link sent at the time of purchase and press the "Start Use" button. ※Screenshots or printed copies cannot be used.
(Railway use)
Valid lines: All 9 Osaka Metro lines.
・Hankyu, Kita-kyu, Kintetsu and other private railway lines are not available.
・If you travel beyond the valid section, please inform the station staff at the exit and pay the difference in cash.
・When using the train, please hold the QR code over the QR-compatible ticket gates to enter and exit.
・The ticket is valid for one person per ticket. (One smartphone can be used for up to 4 people.)
・If there is a service disruption, only tickets that have already been activated and are still within the validity period are eligible for substitute transportation.
・If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, battery depletion, or unstable communication conditions, the ticket cannot be used. Please pay the fare separately. Fares paid during periods when the ticket could not be displayed cannot be refunded.
・Matters related to the use of the ticket are subject to the transport terms and passenger regulations of each operating company.
(Use at facilities offering discount benefits)
Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. If you cannot present the ticket banner (image) due to using the ticket before or after use, or due to any error, you will not be eligible for discounts.
・Due to facility closures or inability to present the ticket banner (image), discount benefits may not be available. Once the ticket has been activated, refunds will not be issued even if discounts cannot be used. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
(Notes when purchasing multiple tickets)
If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased at once, they cannot be used individually and will all activate at the same time. Please use them together in the same itinerary. If you wish to use tickets individually on different occasions, please purchase them separately.

For security protection, one-time password (OTP) verification may be required. In that case, please follow the steps below.
1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been delivered to the email address you entered in step 1. (The OTP email will be sent from the domain "@linktivity.co.jp". Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, the email address may be incorrect. Please reopen the usage screen URL from the voucher and re-enter your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP from the email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, future OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. The email address cannot be changed afterward, so please register an email address that can be checked onsite on the day of use.)
