1. All participants, including parents accompanying children, must purchase tickets to enter the event venue. Tickets are the same for adults and children of any age. Parents and caregivers accompanying children (adults aged 18 or older) also require tickets. Infants under one year old can enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed parent.
2. In the children-only and family-friendly sessions, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a ticketed parent/caregiver (an adult aged 18 or older) when entering the venue and inflatable play area. Ticketed children aged 12-15 may enter the venue independently.
3. Each ticket is a 90-minute pass, including a designated 40-minute period of entry into the "world's largest inflatable castle," and unlimited entry and exit to all other giant inflatable play areas. Participants must attend the activity during the designated time slot on their ticket (see the product description below for details on different time slots).
4. Socks must be worn when entering the inflatable play area. Visitors should bring their own socks or purchase non-slip socks on site (while supplies last).
5. All inflatable play areas have weight limits of 245 pounds (111 kg) and height limits of 193 cm (the world's largest inflatable castle has a height limit of 216 cm). Participants in the inflatable obstacle courses must be at least 90 cm tall.
