Ticket insutrctions were unclear and we were turned away at the meeting point by the tour guide because apparently the tour is for Spanish? And the contact detail provided in the voucher is a dummy number 12345678 so beware. There was no option to select the language at the Pelago booking interface and in the description it clearly states that the tour will be conducted in EN/ES/FR. When we then asked the tour guide if we can enter with the Spanish group he then said they dont have any more tickets. What kind of organisation is this?
The maps position given is wrong i was guided onto the main roadwhich is about 15 mins away and made me late. It was later when i found out that the location was in front of sagradafamilia
