Our Moroccan cooking class is more than just a meal—it’s a full cultural journey. In the morning session, we begin with a guided visit to a local market where you’ll learn how to select fresh ingredients and iconic spices like Ras El Hanout and saffron. Then, in our spacious riad kitchen, you’ll prepare a full three-course meal using authentic family recipes.
With guidance from our local chefs, you’ll learn traditional techniques for chopping, seasoning, and cooking Moroccan dishes such as salads, tajines, couscous, and desserts. Along the way, we share stories about Moroccan food, culture, and hospitality.
After cooking, you’ll enjoy your creations in our beautifully set Moroccan salon. You’ll also receive a digital recipe booklet and can purchase spices to take home.
