In this interactive class you will visit a local market, you will choose native ingredients to cook and you will learn to cook typical local dishes, we will taste the mate. You will discover our traditions and learn historical data about this particular infusion. We will make empanadas, their dough, their fillings and their repulgues. Then we will cook an Argentine stew and you will taste two typical desserts. You will learn new culinary techniques that you can apply at home. You will discover the unique flavors of Argentine cuisine and learn about the traditional ways of life of a Buenos Aires family. We have options for vegetarians.
