Important note
Your Pelago Pass is valid for use from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Once you make your first reservation or scan the QR code, your pass will be active for 30 days. The 30-day period starts from the date you make your first reservation—not the date of the activity. To avoid using up your pass too early, we strongly recommend booking timeslots only 3 days before your visit. For help with booking, please check the Pre-booking of Timeslots section on the product page.
Eligibility
- Only non-residents of Singapore will be eligible to purchase.
- The arrival date to Singapore must be no later than 31 March 2026.
- Passengers aged 2 and above must have a valid pass to redeem the attractions and deals.
- For children below the age of 2, other fees may apply which is payable directly to the merchant.
- Children (below 12 years old) will need to be accompanied by an adult.
How To Book
- Select the date you plan to use the pass using the availability calendar. Please note that this date is for reference only, as the pass will only be activated after you pre-book a timeslot.
- Select your preferred option. Click on "More Details" on each option to learn more about what is included in the different Passes.
- To view which attractions can be redeemed using the pass, click here
- Select the number of participants. Participants aged 2 and above must have a valid pass to redeem the attractions and deals.
- Click on "Checkout" to proceed with payment.

Timeslot Booking Guide
Refer to the following guide to pre-book your timeslots (only for certain attractions):
- Open your PDF voucher and click on “Manage Bookings”
- Select the choice pass button and choose your preferred attraction
- Update the reserved date by clicking “Reserve”, selecting your visit date, and confirming with “Reschedule” (do not click “Redeem” at this stage)
- Repeat these steps for each ticket
- On the day of your visit, return to “Manage Bookings”, select “Redeem” to download your admission vouchers
Operating Hours
- The e-ticket holder is advised to check the operating hours of the attractions and deals via their respective websites before visiting.
- The Pelago Pass may not be redeemable at certain attractions on a specified date or period. Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked prior to visit.

Cancellation/Changes Policy
- Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for this activity.
- Change requests may be allowed for options without a timeslot requirement, or where no timeslot has been booked yet, depending on the attraction.
- All change requests are subject to the attraction’s review and approval.

Redemption Notes
Present QR code (and pre-registration confirmation if required) at the respective attraction or food and beverage outlets' ticketing counter to redeem your admission ticket.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid for usage between 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Pelago Pass is valid for 30 days from the first redemption/activation date. The pass will be activated when the first reservation for an attraction is made (either online or in person) or the QR code is first scanned at an attraction. The first reservation refers to the date the reservation was made and not the activity date selected.

No, an attraction can only be visited once using each pass.
Who is eligible to buy Pelago's Singapore Attraction Pass?
It is only available to non-residents of Singapore who are arriving on or before 31 March 2026. Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, holders of a valid employment pass (EP or work permit) issued by the authorities of Singapore, Dependant’s pass holders, and Student Pass holders will not be eligible to purchase the pass.
Do I need to book in advance to visit the attractions?
Every attraction will have different requirements in terms of reservations and redemptions. For the other attractions, availability is limited and subject to a first come first served basis. Please make sure that you check the redemption information and operating hours of the attraction ahead of time.
How long is the redemption period of the attraction pass?
Pelago's Singapore Attractions Pass has a 30-day redemption period from activation. It starts from the time the QR code is first scanned at an attraction or when a timeslot is pre-booked and ends on the 30th day.
