The first Sunday of the month the access to the monuments is free. This means that we cannot pre buy an entrance slot to skip the line but clients have to show up and make a line with the guide to get a ticket. So you will meet your guide at 8am in order to avoid the crowds but be aware there will be a waiting time before entering the colosseum. The guide, by the way, will use this time to properly introduce the tour and keep you entertained
