decoration! Guests can enjoy classic Hong Kong desserts such as white sugar
cake, red bean soup and herbal jelly, reminiscing about the flavours of old
Hong Kong. At the same time, we have curated a selection of Hong Kong-style
dai pai dong delicacies, including Steamed Lobster and Glass Vermicelli with
Garlic, Shatin Roasted Pigeon, and Wok-fried Seafood with Chive, taking you on
a journey through time to savour authentic flavours. At the same time, we will
also offer exclusive Japanese delicacies for the "Summer Tales", including
