Your visit begins with the iconic Neapolitan cuoppo fritto, served as a warm welcome before walking through the vineyards. On arrival, you’ll be greeted with fresh bread topped with Piennolo del Vesuvio tomatoes, olive oil from Casa Setaro and a first toast with Pietrafumante, the estate’s traditional-method sparkling wine made from 100% Caprettone grapes. In a convivial moment around a giant barrel decorated with Vesuvian grape clusters, you will pick your own tomato, crush it on warm bread and season it with olive oil, salt and fresh basil picked directly from the plant. After the vineyard tour, step into the barrel room to discover two exclusive wines aged in amphora, learning how ancient techniques meet modern winemaking.
