When using the train, simply scan the QR code at the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit the station.
When using buses, scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the authentication screen to the driver before disembarking.
An additional fee will apply if you use Keihan Railway’s “Premium Car” or “Liner” trains.
In the event of a service disruption, alternative transportation may be provided only for tickets that have already been used and are still within the validity period.
This pass is not valid for use on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at your destination station and pay the additional fare.

When using the special benefits, please show the e-ticket banner screen to the facility staff.
If your ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of your device, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.

When purchasing multiple tickets at once, you cannot use them individually, and all tickets will start being used at the same time.
If you want to use them individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.

・For security reasons, you may be asked to authenticate the OTP (One-Time Password). In that case, please follow the steps below.
1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check your email for the OTP sent to the email address you entered in step 1.
(The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp”. Please check your spam folder just to be sure. If you cannot find it in the spam folder, the email address may be incorrect. Please go back to the voucher’s usage screen and try entering your email address again.)
3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button.
Once the OTP is entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed.
(After OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please ensure you set an address that you can confirm on the day of use.)
