will be launched, bringing together classic Singaporean and Malaysian dishes,
along with a variety of signature dishes! The buffet kicks off with sizzling
salted egg yolk crispy fish skin and heartwarming Malaysian coconut chicken
soup. Seafood lovers shouldn't miss the chef's signature Singapore pepper
fried bread crab and typhoon shelter mantis shrimp (weekend buffet dinner
only), which bring out the sweetness of the seafood with rich black pepper and
garlic, respectively. The creatively crafted cheese and salted egg yolk whelk
is a delightful surprise, perfectly blending salted egg yolk and cheese with
fresh whelk. The dessert table also features a strong Southeast Asian flair,
