－Insurance－
• Compensatory insurance (optional): Service charge: JPY2,000/day (excl. tax)
Customer will shoulder accidents/damages not covered by vehicle insurance. Compensatory insurance will pay maximum amount to be borne by customer (incl. all equipment in vehicle).
*If enrolled, customer will pay maximum of JPY100,000.
*Camper repair is expensive, so we recommend enrolling.
• Bring driver's license, as you cannot rent camper without it.
• Smoking is prohibited in all campers.
• Blankets and pillows not provided.
• Fill up the camper with gas before returning it.
• You may not be able to rent your preferred camper due to damage, breakdown, repair, natural disaster, etc.
*In such case, we will refund your reservation fee in full, but we will not be liable for other damages (e.g., cancellation fee for campsite, hotel/boat) and contract breach penalty.
• Non-Operation Charge compensation system (excl. car rental fee): In case of accident, theft, breakdown, or damage requiring repair or cleaning, the following amounts will be covered as compensation for business interruption.
- If vehicle is returned to sales office: JPY100,000
- If vehicle is immobile and cannot be returned to the designated place: JPY150,000
*Vehicle transportation cost: Covered up to JPY150,000 per accident. Customer to shoulder excess.
• Insurance will not cover damage/defacing (other than traffic accidents) arising while using the camper. All repair and cleaning costs to be borne by customer.
• If you have an accident, do the following immediately or you may be unable to apply for insurance compensation: 1. Rescue any injured persons 2. Call the police and file a report 3. Confirm the other parties in the accident 4. Contact the shop
Not following any of these steps may render you ineligible for insurance coverage. After filing a report with the police, get a traffic accident certificate. The rental contract will end at the time of accident. Your rental fee will not be refunded even if there is remaining time.
