The course will also take place in a beautiful 1400s courtyard, in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, next to the Archaeological Museum. With the help of this cook you will learn the art and the creation of this famous pasta, so once you have learned the technique you can take it home and let your friends taste it. Immediately afterwards, the pasta will be cooked and we will all eat together inside the 15th century courtyard.
