Catfish, whiting and tilapia are all on the menu. The sign in the window says: "Fish so good it will smack you." Which is what guests will be having for the tour. The rub is James' (owner) own original recipe and so is the sauce. Even though they aren't on the menu; call him ahead of time and he will make a special batch just for you. Chatt Smoke House recipes are all James' originals - his rubs, sauce, chilli and cole slaw. Unlike other restaurant's, Chatt Smoke House hot dogs are grilled and come with homemade chilli.
