I just scanned the QR code sent by Pelago to the turnstyle and we went straight inside. The aquarium had a lot of close encounters and we loved the tunnel with lots of sting rays and sharks and other fishes!

The purchasing flow via pelago was easy. No redemption (from vouchers to tickets) is needed. The booking confirmation email came with tickets, which is straight forward. We were glad that no queue with pre booked tickets, else will be at least 1hr queue through counter. The aquarium itself is worth for money, good experience and my teens are happy with it.

The aquarium and it's displays were grat, but what really made it it special was the service provided by the staff. My elderly mother in law was with us and the cheerful workers really helped to make her experience comfortable and wonderful. Thank you so much.
The entrance into the aquarium is without hassle by scanning the qr code given by pelago. The aquarium is a good experience. Probably will take an hour or so, if you do not stop to admire the species
