Access to the duomo is not permitted with bare legs and shoulders, sandals, or hats. It is mandatory to leave suitcases and backpacks in the luggage storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r).
- Cathedral of Florence (Santa Maria del Fiore): Monday to Saturday, 10:15 AM to 3:45 PM. Closed on Sundays and religious holidays.
- Opera del Duomo Museum: Daily, Monday to Sunday, 08:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed on the first Tuesday of each month.
- Baptistery: Daily, Monday to Sunday, 08:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Closes at 2:00 PM on the first Sunday of each month.
- Santa Reparata: Monday to Saturday, 10:15 AM to 3:45 PM. Closed on Sundays and religious holidays. Access is via a reserved time slot with the Ghiberti Pass.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time for all sites.
- Appropriate clothing is required for the Cathedral and Baptistery (no bare legs, shoulders, sandals, or hats).
- Leave suitcases and backpacks at the luggage storage located at Piazza Duomo n. 38/r.
- Cathedral of Florence: Located at Piazza del Duomo, 50122, Florence. Recommended visit duration is approximately 30 minutes.
- Opera del Duomo Museum: Access from Piazza del Duomo no. 9. The museum has 28 rooms across three floors, accessible by stairways or elevators. Recommended visit duration is approximately 90 minutes.
- Baptistery: Access from the North Door (Martelli Street side). Recommended visit duration is approximately 30 minutes. Note that the vault mosaics are currently under restoration and not visible.
- Santa Reparata: Access via the Cathedral’s “Porta Campanile” (south side, beside the Bell Tower entrance) by descending a short staircase in the second bay of the right aisle. Recommended visit duration is approximately 30 minutes.
- Ghiberti Pass holders must access Santa Reparata at the reserved time slot chosen at purchase. The Opera del Duomo Museum and Baptistery can be visited within the pass’s 3-day validity without booking. The Santa Reparata reservation cannot be changed.
- The Cathedral and Santa Reparata require descending a short staircase, which may pose challenges for those with mobility issues.
- The Opera del Duomo Museum is accessible via elevators for wheelchairs and strollers.
- The Baptistery is not explicitly described as wheelchair accessible. Please contact the tour operator to discuss specific mobility requirements.
