Important Information
- You must arrive at the meeting place by the designated time. If you are late, you may not be able to join the tour.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if you do not participate in the tour. If you arrive late, you will need to reschedule the tour.
- The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour if there are safety concerns for participants. Please ensure that everyone in your group is confident in riding a bicycle before booking.
- The bicycles (electric-assisted) are designed for individuals aged 13 and older, with a height of 145 cm or more, who can ride confidently.
- Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund. Please inform the supplier of your cancellation as soon as possible.
- The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour due to heavy rain, storms, or inclement weather. If the tour is canceled before departure at the guide's discretion, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Please read the tour terms and conditions carefully before applying for this tour. By applying, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.
Tour Terms and Conditions
1. Participants acknowledge that cycling on public roads and in nature carries the risk of unforeseen accidents and agree to comply with traffic laws and etiquette.
2. Participants will follow all regulations and rules set by the organizer and the guide’s instructions, taking utmost care of their own safety and health.
3. If it is determined that you pose a danger to yourself or other participants, or if you do not follow the guide's instructions, you may be refused participation or asked to leave.
4. In the event of any accident, injury, illness, or other issues occurring during participation, regardless of the cause, participants shall handle the matter at their own responsibility and shall not hold the organizer, sponsors, affiliates, or other participants responsible. Furthermore, participants agree to accept first aid in case of accidents or injuries, and shall not hold the organizer accountable for the methods or results of the first aid provided.
5. Participants shall take full responsibility for their personal belongings and will not hold the organizer or other participants liable for any loss or damage to their items.
6. Compensation for any accidents or injuries sustained by participants during the event will only be provided within the scope of the insurance coverage provided by the rental bicycle company. The coverage will be processed through the insurance company. Damage or loss of bicycles or other items is not covered.
Rental Bicycle Insurance Coverage:
Death or Permanent Disability: 1,000,000 JPY
Daily Hospitalization Benefit: 5,000 JPY
Daily Outpatient Benefit: 2,500 JPY
Liability Insurance: 200,000,000 JPY
7. Participants will be held responsible for any damage or loss of the rental bicycle caused by their negligence and will be required to compensate for it.
8. In cases of heavy rain, strong winds, other adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, incidents, accidents, etc., the organizer may cancel or modify the tour at the guide’s discretion to ensure the safety of participants. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for changes made after the tour has started.
9. The organizer may freely use any photos, videos, or articles taken during the tour in television programs, newspapers, magazines, online media, websites, social networks, printed materials, etc., and may allow sponsors or affiliates to use them as well.
10. The organizer will comply with personal data protection laws and related regulations, handling participants' personal information according to the organizer's privacy policy.
