Wear comfortable shoes and clothing as you'll be active, running, and possibly crawling or climbing, especially in the Running Man Experience.

Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue.
Children under 110cm cannot use certain attractions.
Attractions are limited to 1 hour per session. After that, you may stay in the venue but cannot access the attractions.
VR experiences last 5 minutes, and no refunds are provided for early exits.

Weekday visits are suggested to avoid long queues.
