Dinner Menu Highlights:

From 13 October 2025, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong's Clipper Lounge presents a
Shanghai Crab and Hairy Crab Buffet Dinner menu. Each guest receives one
seasonal Shanghai hairy crab served at the table, accompanied by ginger tea
and ginger-infused black vinegar; Sustainable seafood selections include
Boston lobster, Dalian abalone, snow crab legs and European king crab; Live
stations feature Hainanese chicken and Shanghai drunken chicken; Pasta and
Asian noodle stations; Grilled meats comprise slow-roasted prime US beef short
ribs and aromatic roasted pork chops; Hot dishes include diverse selections
such as steamed xiaolongbao, Shanghai vegetable rice with crispy five-spice
pork chop, garlic ginger chilli bean sauce stir-fried prawns, and braised
lion's head meatballs; dessert highlights feature Mandarin Oriental Italian
cheesecake, 1963 Mandarin Oriental cheesecake, and an in-house ice cream cart.
