  • Please note that this service is a one-way private private charter car service. If you require airport transfers, round-trip transfers, etc., please purchase it separately (if you purchase additional items separately, they will be considered invalid)
  • The private charter car service is a point-to-point service only, meaning that boarding and alighting are limited to one location only, with no intermediate stops.
  • Please be sure to fill in the correct flight information, hotel address and contact information when booking
  • Customer service or the driver will contact you 1-2 days before the pick-up time. Please ensure that the driver can be contacted through the contact information provided (e.g., make sure that international roaming is enabled on your phone or that your Line ID is publicly visible).
  • If you do not receive any contact one day before departure, please leave a message to let us know; if the driver still does not receive a response before departure on the same day, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • When booking, please refer to the vehicle's maximum passenger capacity and provide the correct number of passengers, luggage, and luggage size. We will not be held responsible if the vehicle cannot accommodate all luggage due to inconsistencies in the booking information.
  • Infants and children are counted as passengers

  • The service time of this product is 8AM - 10PM. If you need service outside the service time (or the service time exceeds the service time), a non-service period surcharge of KRW 50,000 per hour will be charged.
  • This product does not have a driver who speaks a language. If you require a language service, please indicate this in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate. During peak tourist season, we may arrange for a driver who speaks other languages.
  • Service time is calculated based on the time it takes the driver to pick up passengers outside of Seoul. If you need to be dropped off outside of Seoul, the service time must include the driver's return time to Seoul.

Number of people and luggage instructions:

  • Children and infants also occupy seats, and no separate child seats are provided
  • Each person (including children and infants) can bring one piece of luggage measuring 24 inches to 26 inches free of charge. If you need to bring two or more pieces of luggage (24 inches to 26 inches in size), please reserve an additional luggage space (one space is required for each piece of luggage)
  • Luggage larger than 26 inches will be counted as two 26-inch pieces of luggage. For each person removed from the passenger's luggage, one additional 26-inch piece of luggage may be accommodated.
  • Each stroller will be considered as one piece of luggage. If you are traveling with a stroller, please indicate this in the "Child Passenger" section on the checkout page.
  • The vehicle type will be determined based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. Please be sure to indicate the exact amount of luggage on the payment page


Airport transfer service:

  • This package is a one-way transfer service between the airport and the ski resort
  • Please note that this package must be used together with other private private charter car packages in this event to be valid. It is not valid if booked alone.
  • The service vehicle model is the same as the ski resort private private charter car vehicle model
  • For every person removed from the passenger seat, an additional 24-inch piece of luggage can be accommodated.


Luggage Instructions:

  • Baggage larger than 26 inches will be counted as two pieces of 26-inch luggage
  • A stroller or wheelchair is considered one piece of luggage, i.e. one passenger. If you are travelling with a stroller or wheelchair, please fill in the relevant information on the booking page.


Overtime fee description:

  • Please note that if the actual waiting time exceeds the free waiting time, an overtime fee of KRW15,000 per hour will be charged. Any time less than 1 hour will be charged as a full hour.
  • Airport pickup service has a 90-minute free waiting time, starting from the flight arrival time
  • The airport drop-off service has a 30-minute free waiting time, starting from the drop-off time
  • All additional charges must be paid in cash to the driver on site and no receipt will be provided

Non-service hours: Before 08:00/After 22:00 - KRW 50,000/hour

Overtime fee: KRW 25,000/hour


Temporary return trip fee on the day of no reservation

1-6 people: KRW100,000

7-10 people: KRW200,000

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If the departure is canceled due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. Please refer to the cancellation regulations for cancellation.
No refund will be given if the correct communication software information and contact information are not provided and contact cannot be made before departure.
If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of KRW20,000 per person will be charged.
You will be contacted via the messaging app the day before departure. On the day of departure, once the driver arrives, someone will inform you via the messaging app that you need to go to the designated location for the ride. Customer service will assist with the arrangements, but no sign-raising service will be provided.
