Here you can find a variety of stands selling Roman specialties such as supplì (fried rice balls filled with mozzarella), trapizzino (a combination of pizza and sandwich filled with various ingredients), porchetta (roasted pork), tripe alla Romana (tripe cooked with tomato and mint) and much more.

The choice of the motif of the amphora, very innovative in its combination of elegance and practicality, is to be found in the very symbol of the ward, which in turn has its roots in the ancient history of the area; already from the second century BC, in fact, on the left bank of the Tiber there were the storage warehouses of the terracotta amphorae containing the supplies of wine and oil destined for Rome, which traveled mainly by river. The oil containers, in particular, could not be reused by law, and therefore had to be destroyed once emptied.
