- For tours with transport, pick-up is available from Zona A (Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Tuban) or Zona B (Canggu, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa) at your hotel lobby; confirm pick-up time via email (balidwina88@gmail.com) or phone (+62 823 4013 3188).
- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled 9:00 AM start for check-in and safety briefing.
- The tour operates daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including snorkeling at Blue Lagoon and Tanjung Jepun, lasting approximately 2 hours total.
- Bring comfortable swimwear, a change of clothes, a towel, and comfortable shoes for shore activities.
- Tours are subject to weather conditions; rescheduling may occur in case of unsafe weather, with no refunds for cancellations at the location due to rain.

- Children aged 3 to 12 require a ticket at the same rate as adults.
- Children under 2 years old are not permitted to participate.

- Lockers, changing rooms, and free Wi-Fi are provided at the basecamp for convenience.
- A live tour guide (English or Indonesian) accompanies groups, with a ratio of 8 guests per snorkeling guide.
