Customers meeting at our rafting base where they are given river gear to dress into including wetsuits, booties, fleece tops, splash jackets, helmets and life jackets to stay warm and safe on the trip. Customers then raft down the family friendly section of Te Awa Kairangi for some little rapid rides, a waterfall photograph opportunity, and rock jumps for the more adventurous. The river trip is between 1.5 and 2 hours depending on flows. Toilet and changing facilities are provided at the beginning of the river trip.
