The pass is not applicable for JR Kyushu buses, B&S Miyazaki buses, the Cruise Train Seven Stars in Kyushu, and the ARU RESSHA (Sweet Train).
The pass does not cover journeys between Hakata and Kokura on the Sanyo Shinkansen line.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of election. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.

Very convenient to have this pass to run around. We also got in beautiful trains bec the pass allows us the use of premium trains. Six free reservations to be used but we didn’t but a good one nonetheless
This pass provides excellent value. It covered our trips from Hakata to Nagasaki, Nagasaki to Kumamoto, Kumamoto to Hakata and Hakata to Chikugofunagoya. It also covered local lines that we took as well. Definitely exceeded whatever amount that we paid for this pass!
