The guide arrived one hour late but he did contact me to advise of the delay, he was very knowledgable and helpful at getting us to the front of the considerable queues, it was worth it for that reason. I didn’t appreciate the unannounced stop at the jewellery showroom after the tour but I understand from the guide that all his tours stop there, it was tiresome but there was no pressure to buy.
