The PLAYT Hairy Crab-Themed Buffet Dinner - "October Encounter"


As autumn ushers in the season of succulent crabs, Chef Matt Chan of Park Lane
Hotel brings his renowned creativity and Cantonese culinary expertise to
showcase Jiangsu hairy crabs in a one-of-a-kind gastronomic feast.


This special hairy crab-themed buffet includes two steamed hairy crabs
(approximately 150g each). Guests can enjoy a limitless selection of crab
dishes prepped in diverse ways: Crab Fish Belly Stew, Fish Maw Soup with Hairy
Crab, Udon with Crab and Seafood, Stir-fried Scallops with Crab Roe and Fresh
Milk, Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Crab Roe. The buffet features a wide array
of international delights, including freshly shucked oysters, lobster, snow
crab legs, and Spanish roasted crispy suckling pig.

1. Summer Durian Fantasy Buffet


Celebrate durian season at PLAYT with the Summer Durian Fantasy Buffet,
available from 23 June to 31 August. This exclusive buffet showcases premium
durians, including Black Thorn and Musang King varieties. Masterfully crafted
by our talented pastry chef, each dish captures the authentic, orchard-fresh
essence of durian. During the Summer Durian Fantasy Buffet, a series of durian
desserts* will be available, and renowned for their creamy and milky textures,
including Musang King Durian Napoleon, Homemade Durian Gelato, Black Thorn
Durian Pudding, and D101 Durian Mini Portuguese Tarts. Guests can experience
the delicate and rich sweetness of durian. Beyond durians, seafood aficionados
can delight in a changing assortment of ice-fresh catches, like Oysters,
Lobster, Mussels, Shrimp, and Clams. Select from an enticing range of options,
such as carved U.S. Prime Roast Beef, a Sushi and Sashimi bar, refined Chinese
Dim Sum and roasted meats, alongside vibrant Chinese, Thai, and Indian Curries
crafted to awaken your senses.

1.Bread Crab Whole Abalone Sirloin Steak Lunch Buffet


including seafood (snow crab legs and selected seafood), steamed abalone with
seasonal seafood in a cage with lotus leaf, homemade Thai salad and mango
sticky rice, grilled sirloin steak and roasted lamb, steamed Chinese dim
sum/wok stir-fry, smoked salmon and a variety of salads, Indian tiffin dishes,
noodle soup with homemade specialties, platters of selected cheeses and frozen
meats (e.g., Parma ham), hot and cold cuts, sushi, and other seasonal dishes.

  1. Abalone|Oyster|Lobster Seafood Dinner Buffet

The beloved buffet restaurant, PLAYT, will launch a Super Dad’s Nutritious
Father's Day Buffet from 6 June to 22 June. Chef de Cuisine, Matt Chan,
selectedpremium ingredients to craft a menu of restorative dishes, including
protein-rich Braised Bean Curd with Oyster in Claypot (Lunch), sweet and sour
Deep-fried Shrimps with Bell Pepper, Pineapple and Black Vinegar (Lunch),
Stewed Oxtail with Chinese Herbal in Clear Broth (Dinner) and Double-boiled
Chicken Soup with Smilax Glabra and Millettia Sepeciosa (Dinner) for vitality
and wellness.


3. Lobster, Seafood, and Unlimited Sparkling Wine Weekend Brunch


The Seafood buffet not only offers unlimted Fresh Oyster, Boston Lobsters,
Snow Crab Legs and Sashimi, but now also includes Spanish 24 months air-dried
Iberian ham with honeydew melon. Additionally, there si a delightful selecton
of Chinese and Western hot dishes as slow cooked Sirloin Steak, Dim Sum and
Seafood Platters. The Brunch also features Free Flow Sparkling Wine and juice.

4. Afternoon Tea Buffet
