- This itinerary cannot accommodate midway drop-offs. If you are unable to join any portion of the tour for personal reasons, no refunds will be provided.

- If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be cancelled.
- An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
- Children under 2 years old can join for free when accompanied by two adults. If only one adult is present, a child ticket fee will apply.
- Children aged 3–12 are eligible for the child ticket fee, which includes a kids' meal.
- Meals are not provided for children under 2 years old.
- Admission tickets for children under 2 are not included and must be purchased on-site.
- Children under the age of 8 may be required to use a booster seat or other safety-approved seating during the tour.
- An adult must accompany travellers under the age of 18.
- If delays occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, resulting in the cancellation of certain attractions in the itinerary, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund.
- In the event of inclement weather, such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding tour cancellation will be made 1 day before departure (by 18:00 local time). Notifications will be sent via email.
- Please purchase your own travel accident insurance for added peace of mind.
- Dress in suitable attire for outdoor activities.
- Bring sunglasses, a sun hat, a light jacket, rain gear, sun protection, and mosquito repellent.
- Passengers prone to motion sickness are advised to bring their own medication and water.

- No refunds are allowed for guests who miss the tour due to late arrival.
- Hutt Lagoon is typically dry from January to March. Refunds will not be issued if viewing conditions are not ideal on the day of the tour.
