He’s especially fascinated by how the right glass can unlock aroma and flavor, turning a good pour into a great one. Delicious and informative! Mario is a resident sake expert. Passionate and Personable. I soaked up the knowledge of cup-and-sake pairings and kanzake preparation. Never knew namazake could be served hot! Food accompaniments were on-point too. 10/10 worth your time and money.
