Hotel pickup will be unavailable from 23–28 October 2025 due to the ASEAN
Summit and road closures in Kuala Lumpur.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Guests may need to arrange their own
transportation to the meeting point during these dates. Further details on
designated pickup points will be provided closer to the date, and our team
will assist with alternative arrangements where possible.

rafting and caving adventure.
As you paddle through the rushing waters, you'll navigate through nine major
rapids and explore dark, historical caves. This adventure is suitable for
amateurs and offers limitless fun as you journey across seven kilometers. Not
only will you experience the thrill of the rapids, but you'll also get to take
in the stunning natural beauty of Perak. From the lush greenery to the crystal
clear waters, this region of Malaysia is a true paradise for outdoor
enthusiasts.

- Pick-up Time: 8:30 am
- Pick-up and Return Point: Your hotel in Kuala Lumpur City Golden Triangle area (except Pudu area, ChowKit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Malaysia, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur) (Please refer to the list)
- Return Time: 17:00pm heading back to Kuala Lumpur and 19:00pm Expected drop off at the same locations where pick-ups occurred
— Itinerary —
08:30 AM: Standby for pickup
11:45 AM: Arrive at the starting point. Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by a professional RIVERBUG guide.
12:00 PM: White water rafting commences that cover a distance of 7 km with 9 big rapids along the way. The journey takes around 1 1/2 - 2 hours
14:00 PM: Upon arrival at the ending point, a light meal will be served with cold drinks.
14:30 PM: Depart to Tempurung Cave
15:15 PM: Tempurung Cave (stage 1) commences. (Tour will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete – Dry tour only)
16:30 PM: Caving Tempurung Exploration finished. Transfer back to Ulu River Lodge with packed meals
17:00 PM: heading back to Kuala Lumpur
19:00 PM: Expected drop off at the same locations where pick-ups occurred

- Activities may be rearranged due to weather, traffic, and operational needs
- This tour is not private and may include other guests
- Prohibited items: pets, smoking devices, large bags, alcohol and drugs, food and drinks on vehicles
- Participants are recommended to bring a hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, towel, spare clothing, mosquito repellent
- Participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain
- Kindly check if your hotel name is on the pick up list before purchase.
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- Bring along a bath towel and spare clothing for change after activities.
- Please wear comfortable & waterproof shoes
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
- This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
- Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss. If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact us, we will coordinate for you immediately Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
