Omagari Fireworks - Spring Chapter - will be held in Omagari, the city of
fireworks. It is less crowded than summer and the temperature is more
comfortable, so it is recommended for first-time visitors! Why not go out to
see the beautiful fireworks in spring Tohoku?

  • Enjoy sightseeing in Tohoku in the spring. Kakunodate is a representative tourist destination in Akita and is known as the "Little Kyoto of Michinoku." The weeping cherry blossoms at the samurai residences and the Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms that create a tunnel of cherry blossoms on the banks of the Hinokinai River are spectacular! Morioka City, which is also a hot topic abroad, is a "beautiful place to enjoy
walking." The city has plenty to offer, including Taisho-era buildings that
combine the aesthetics of Eastern and Western architecture, castle ruins that
have been turned into parks, and multiple rivers that run through the city.
    Enjoy a stroll.

Reminders
A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 20 day(s) before the departure date
Smoking and non-smoking in the guest rooms is at the discretion of the hotel. Please note. Even if you have booked a room for two people, you may be asked to stay in separate single rooms.
The child (elementary school student) rate is 2,000 yen off the adult rate. The travel fee for 3-5 year olds (preschoolers) is a flat rate of 10,000 yen.
If you are traveling with an infant, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select "2 people per room.")
The infant fare includes bus seats and actual expenses such as facility fees, admission fees, and fruit picking, but does not generally provide hotel beds or meals (except for some tours such as buffets). In addition, seats are not guaranteed for trains.
Please leave the room allocation and room type of your accommodation to us. Room layouts and views from the rooms are not uniform depending on the accommodation.
It will take about 30 to 50 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the venue (as it is random, you will not know which parking lot you will use until you depart). *On the day, the tour conductor will generally lead the way. It is useful to have a flashlight to light your feet after the fireworks are over.
The reason you will have to walk a long way from the parking lot is that the fireworks viewing stand is located on the riverbed of the Omonogawa River, and there is no space to build a parking lot near the viewing stand, and it will be very crowded during Golden Week.
Since we will be checking into the accommodation after the fireworks display, we will arrive at the accommodation late at around 23:30. Also, depending on the traffic situation on the day, we may arrive significantly later than scheduled.
Generally, the tour will proceed rain or shine, but if the fireworks display is postponed or canceled after the tour departs, there will be no refunds of the tour fee.
This course is planned based on the information as of November 1st. Due to requests from the national and local governments, the fireworks may be canceled. Or the content may be changed.
