Loved snorkelling. Even though I don’t know how to swim, the crew takes care of me in the sea. I achieved my dream of snorkelling for once in my lifetime.
Confirmation on pickup was done 1 day before activity, pickup time is set to be 730am-740am but pickup came ard 8am. Will be good if we could be informed of late pickup (was worried that we missed the car, called them and was informed driver will be late). Activity per the itinerary provided, seasick was bad, was told that day the wave's more bumpy🤷♀️. Guide is funny and knowledgeable, snacks and drinks provided. Options to add on for long tail boat and scuba diving is available too. Overall a good experience.
I ensured to call my tour operator, MyPhuketHoliday, one day before the tour, and they duly sent a confirmation email along with pickup time. 1. Was picked up from hotel on time. 2. Breakfast was provided at Sea Angel Pier, decent spread. 3. There was ample water & soda on the speedboat for everyone 4. Lunch was at a restaurant in Phi Phi Don, and included Indian food, vegetarian too. Fruits & snacks were provided at Khai Nai Island. 5. Snorkelling was shambolic 6. After covering Maya Bay, Phi Phi Don & Khai Nai Island, we were dropped back to the Pier and then to our Hotel. Overall, for the price, it was quite good. Would recommend to anyone on a budget.
Was asked to pay 400 baht for each person before the trip start to visit the National Park. But we didn’t even go there. Felt cheated as we have 4 pax.
The tour was contracted to Sea Angels Company based at Ko Sire. Sea Angels use 35 pax speed boat for transferring us from island to island. They operated a fleet of speed boats. The tour brought us to 5 point of interests as advertised: with a variety of optional activities if you want it. My boat was No. 455 led by Dee Dee, the crew did wonderful job of keeping us entertained. Dee Dee is also a great iPhone photographer, who will try his best to serve everyone. Reason why I gave 3 stars was due to the miscommunication with the organiser My Phuket Tour regarding paying the additional transport because I stayed outside of the free transfer zone. Was asked to pay transfer fee again after I paid cash to the driver. So I advise you to ask for evidence of payment when paying cash.
