Weight Restrictions: All guests must declare their weight at time of booking. We cannot carry guests over 120kg. Guests will be weighed at the airport and may be refused boarding if the weight is over the declared weight no refund will be issued.
Children: We do not accept bookings for children under 4 years of age.
Pregnancy: The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctor’s approval prior to travel
Guarantee of Passage: The Horizontal Falls are a natural phenomenon which are influenced by fluctuating tides that vary daily. For safety reasons we cannot guarantee passage through the narrow gap on all days.
Neap Tides: The Horizontal Falls are a natural phenomenon influenced by fluctuating tides that vary daily. As this is the case, operations only take place when the predicted tidal movements are not neap, to avoid taking guests out when there is the least difference between high and low tide. Neap tides block out dates can be found on our website or gross rate sheet.
Seasonality: Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures (HFSA) operates seasonally from March to November 2021 and exact season commencement and conclusion dates are subject to change
Fares are excluding marine park fees (AUD$5.50 per person of day).
Marine Park Fees: To ensure the conservation and preservation of the Lalang-garram/ Horizontal Falls Marine Park, and to provide opportunities for Damnbimangari Traditional Owner employment, fees apply to all visitors.
