Once you book your service, I will track your arrival and departure time to make sure we meet on time. Keep in mind that the airline will not notify me of any last-minute change. On your arrival to Punta Cana International Airport, I will be waiting for you on past the exit doors. A lot of customers get confused on their arrival because they are stopped by other transportation companies. Do not stop and keep on walking until you go past the exit doors of the terminal. I will have your name written on a white board.
When I drop you off at the hotel, we will coordinate the pickup time for your departure. As norm, I will pick you up 3.5 hours before the departure of your flight. Please remember that you will have to update me of any last-minute changes.
For your departure trip, I will be waiting for you outside the check-out lobby.
