A thank you for booking your wine tasting tour with us at Hunter Valley Tours (HV Tours). You are set for a fun and informative day exploring the Hunter Valley Vineyards.
If your booking is within 24 hours of your tour date, make sure your booking has been seen by calling 0456 737 888.
You will be contacted the night before by text or email to advise you, your pickup time for your tour. If you do not get a text or email please call 0456737888. Sometimes I'm on tour and I might not send this to late. A general average is most pickups are between 9.00 and 9.50am. We pickup from most reception or entrance areas of hotels/motels not individual rooms/cabin/villas etc
Please ensure your pickup address is in the Pokolbin, Cessnock or greater Hunter Valley area NOT a Sydney, NSW hotel or resort.
Please call or text to confirm any surcharges that may apply if your pickup is outside of the 12km free pickup zone.
