Must Know
- Once the ticket is activated, it cannot be cancelled, and redeemed items cannot be changed. It is recommended to complete redemptions before departure to keep your schedule flexible.
- Each facility or coupon can only be used once; repeat entry to the same facility is not permitted, and unused facilities cannot be redeemed or refunded.
- Some tickets may not yet be available for booking and cannot be redeemed until their booking period opens. Please read each item's notes carefully and redeem only after the booking window becomes available.
- The popcorn exchange voucher is redeemable for any popcorn bucket design until 30 November 2025. From 1 December 2025 to 30 December 2025, it can only be redeemed for the Horror Bear Popcorn Bucket.
- The Have Fun Pass does not require separate redemption; during your 7-day play period, simply open the ticket and use the QR code for entry.

Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation. Once the booking is confirmed, tickets are non-cancellable.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled or modified after activation or redemption.
- Unused portions of the ticket cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within each facility's operating hours. Vouchers are invalid after expiry.
- The ticket validity period is 270 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you must select and activate a consecutive 7-day play period. After activation, any unused or unredeemed items will automatically expire.
Voucher Use
- To redeem the Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass, download the Travel Contents app from this page, link your pass, and follow the step-by-step guide at this article.
- On the Travel Contents app, open the E-ticket page, tap "Activate Ticket", and select your 7-day tour dates. Once selected, the dates cannot be modified.
- For Deluxe Zones A, B, and C, select your preferred options, tap "Redeem", and choose your visit date to issue each e-ticket. Some items may not appear until their booking period opens.
- During your 7-day play period, present the QR code on your app at each facility for entry or redemption.
- For Universal Studios Japan Studio Pass, you can link the QR code to the Universal Studios Japan app (iOS | Android). If scanning fails, update or reinstall the app, or obtain a timed entry or standby ticket at the physical ticket counter inside the park.
