Passengers must arrive at the airport three hours before departure to check in with the airline.
There will be no tea party for this group. The tour leader will inform the meeting time and place via WHATSAPP or phone 1-2 days before departure.
If there are any changes to flights, the final arrangements of the airline will be subject to no further notice.
If there is any adjustment or increase in round-trip airport taxes and fuel surcharges, guests must pay the difference before departure.
If you register as a single person or the number of people in a group is an odd number, such as 1, 3, 5, etc., the guest must pay the Single room surcharge.
Hotels in various places stipulate that a room can only accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (0-12 years old) at most (the hotel has the right to refuse admission to guests who violate the regulations). If you need 2 adults and 2 children to share a room, please contact customer service.
The order of the itinerary, seasonal attractions, hotel accommodation and meals (including seasonal food and special meals) may change according to actual conditions. All arrangements are subject to the final arrangement of the local reception agency.
If the weather or special circumstances cause the flight to be unable to take off as scheduled due to safety reasons, the group must accept the airline's arrangements to change to a new flight and departure time specified by the airline. Group members cannot use this as an excuse to request to withdraw.
Guests must be aware that hotels and airlines have the right to cancel the remaining services without refund if the guest does not use the first night's hotel / first flight.
Please pay attention to safety when swimming in the hotel's swimming pool, especially because there are no lifeguards in the local parks, swimming pools or beaches. Please assess whether your ability is suitable and safe, otherwise please do not enter the water, just to be safe.
If a travel agency cancels a tour due to "force majeure", it may charge the handling fee specified in the guidelines when processing the refund for group members.
