－Activating Your SIM Card－

・Insert your SIM Card upon arrival. Please refer to the following steps if the
SIM card is not activated immediately:

1. Insert the SIM card. For dual SIM, please empty the 2nd SIM card slot and
insert SIM card in the 1st slot

2. Turn on data roaming

3. Change the APN settings if your device is not connected

・APN Settings

- iOS:

Settings - Mobile Data - Turn on data roaming - Mobile Data Network - Set Name
as "clubsim" - Set APN as "mobile" (leave others blank)

- Android:

Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Turn on data roaming - Access Point
Names (APN) - Add APN - Set Name as "clubsim" - Set APN as "mobile" (leave
others blank)

－Delivery Info－

・SIM card will be sent within 5 to 7 working days (not including public
holidays) to your address in Vietnam via postal service

・Please select your arrival date when booking

・Please provide complete delivery information when booking (i.e. recipient
name, complete address, contact info)

－Additional Info－

・This SIM card is available for WCDMA and LTE devices. Please note that Asia
Pacific Telecom devices, custom made devices, SHARP mobile phones, AT&T; and
DoCoMo locked phones, and other locked devices are not compatible with this
SIM card

・Once activated, the SIM card can be used within the specified dates, it
cannot be recharged or used again

・Your SIM card will be valid for 4 days once activated. Usage will be based on
a 24-hour system (GMT + 8)

・Please ensure that your phone is not locked to your home country’s carrier
